Weblog Awards Update

Nominations for The 2008 Weblog Awards have been extended until Friday November 21, 2008.

Over 3,000 blogs have already been nominated in 49 categories, but
there's always room for more. All nominations will be considered. From
the nominations a team of volunteers will help me select over 500
finalists for voting. Voting for the selected finalist is scheduled to
begin December 8, 2008. Finalists will be announced several days
before voting begins.

Now, let me ring my own bell a little. My blog has been nominated in several categories, Best Blog, Best Humor Blog, and Best Mid Minor Blog. If you go to those categories and see the comment or two that mention me, please push the little plus sign and vote that comment up! Meanwhile, do the same for other blogs you might like that have been nominated in any of the 49 different categories. I have nominated quite a few myself. If your favorites aren't there, leave a comment and put them in!
