(RE: AFRICA) Along with more female babies being born who will be subjected to the tolerated rape which is rampant in Africa as well as the barbaric practice of female abortion & then their own unwanted pregnancies. Along with the birth of more AIDS babies to further that continent's raging epidemic which threatens to decimate the African population. Interesting that our government's "human rights" policies extend only to those nations who provide a military and/or economic advantage (or if they're white) to the U.S Govt. & its partners, the multi-national U.S. Corporations whose protection is the only reason for the U.S. military.
